Getting your items from our hands to your doorstep takes a village (O.K. it's a very dedicated team and a lot of tape). This fee covers the unglamorous realities of running an online shop:

• The Bubble Wrap Fortress: We don’t just throw your items in a grocery bag, we pack your items with extreme care. All orders are processed and packed by hand. Your fee funds boxes and postage bags, heavy-duty tape, and enough bubble wrap to survive a minor natural disaster.

• The Manual Labour (and Coffee): The literal time, sweat, and care it takes to hand-check your order, wrap it like a precious artifact, and label it perfectly so the postie doesn't lose it.

• The "Internet Maintenance" Tax: Secure payment systems, order tracking software, and the digital gears that keep our website (and Tie) from melting down. Sadly, the internet gods demand their tribute!

• Tracking & Insurance: Every package is fully insured and tracked, because we have trust issues with global logistics just like you do.
