We pack your items with extreme care. All your orders are processed and packed by hand. Your products will be bubble wrapped and product dependant, have cardboard protection before being placed in the shipping bag. All packages are insured and tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. (Within 3 business days of your order being placed). Often these emails go to spam folders - please check your spam folder before contacting us for a tracking number. Sometimes the tracking number does not register on the Australia Post website. If you are experiencing difficulties with your tracking number on the website try using the Australia Post app. For some reason the app works much better than the tracking system the Australia Post website offers.
