Every product we ship out is packaged with the utmost of care. If you have a package arrive that has been damaged in transit, we must be notified within 2 weeks of the package being delivered to your shipping address. We do not refund or accept returns on books that have been signed or due to change of mind. Every parcel we ship will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been posted. Thank you for your business!
Please be aware that the images displayed on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended as a general guide. Book publishers may release multiple cover designs for the same ISBN, and these designs can vary between editions, print runs, or regions. As a result, the cover image you see online may not exactly match the physical book you receive. We try our hardest to stay on top of this and change the covers out if different covers arrive, but every now and then we receive stock with multiple covers. Changes to cover designs can occur at any time, often without prior notice, so we recommend checking the product details carefully if the exact cover appearance is important to you. It is up to the customer to check that goods they have ordered will clear customs. Nature 4 You holds no responsibility for sending items that did not clear customs due to a prohibition of certain items in the customer's home country.

A Quick Note About Our Prices
We know everyone is feeling the pinch with cost-of-living pressures right now, and we’ve been working hard to keep our prices as steady as possible. As a small business, we do our very best to keep our prices fair. Like many small businesses, we’re seeing the cost of products continuing to rise. For us, this comes from a mix of things—overseas exchange rates, (most of our book stock comes from overseas), higher freight charges, and the smaller discounts we receive from wholesalers compared to big chains. On top of that, pay-later service fees also add to the challenge.
When the dollar fluctuates, or when shipping costs and product costs rise, the price we’re charged for new stock also changes. Every order to replenish stock can bring different costs, which means we sometimes need to adjust our prices to match. We’ve worked hard to absorb as much of this as possible, but each new order can bring new prices, and sometimes we need to adjust ours to keep up. We always keep changes to a minimum, and we remain committed to offering you the best value we can.
Please know we only change prices when it’s unavoidable, and we’re so grateful for your support in helping us keep on doing what we love, and keep on bringing you the books you love.
If you purchase a book written by us and would like it personalised (more than just a signature) you need to leave a note at the checkout with clear instructions on what you would like inscribed. If no instructions are left at the checkout, signatures only will be in the book. (Same applies if you don't want signatures) We have no way of knowing who the book is for, so will not personalise anything without direct instructions.
