Media & Film

We are able to offer assistance in a wide variety of aspects with media needs. Whatever it is, we are ready and willing to help. It could be something as simple as fact checking, a quote for an article, a story/factual information, right through to documentaries, educational segments on your show or in your adds, or for public distribution on flyers, pamphlets, posters etc. We are also able to help out with photo shoots, or images previously taken. Writing six books on our stunning wildlife and keeping quite a lot of those animals for over 30 years gives us a lot of knowledge in the field and respect by our peers.

With many different species of snakes, lizards, crocodiles, amphibians and turtles we have you covered. Our experience behind the camera and with the animals, positions us uniquely, in a way that we can encourage the animals to behave in the manner you want - with maximum safety to you and your crew.

There is so much to plan and execute in organising a corporate event. Why not let us take some of the stress off your plate and prepare a customized exhibit for you? We listen carefully to your expectations and come up with entertainment that won't be forgotten anytime soon. We have three main types of demonstration that we usually provide at these events. Having provided a lot of entertainment for corporate events over the years, our experience enables us to walk you through which may suit your needs better and why. Alternatively if you have something else in mind we are open to ideas and would love to work with you. To see the animals we keep click on the meet our animals button in the menu bar under meet and contact us.

One type of demonstration we offer is known as a touch table demonstration. This type of demonstration is done on a table and the animals displayed and discussed are able to be petted, seen and interacted with. These animals are constantly changing - this provides ample opportunity for our staff to let your clients interact with a wide variety of animals including frogs, turtles, lizards, harmless snakes and crocodiles. The table system is especially good for both your staff and the animals as each animal is only out for a few minutes at a time before being rested while others come out. There are many photo opportunities available that always ensure happy results. This method is also fantastic for drawing and keeping a crowd as people know their favourite will be back out and hang around for an extra pat or cuddle.

Another way of performing our demonstration is a stage or pit style event. This style of demonstration can be with either non-venomous or venomous animals, or a mixture of both. Venomous snakes can give another aspect to your event - seeing Australia's deadliest snakes in close range always generates a conversation. Our venomous snake demonstration is educational without fear mongering- we believe in safety and education rather than myth and exaggeration!

The third type of demonstration we regularly use is a walk around system. Our friendly staff walk around the venue with the animals you have requested for your demonstration.  The walk around system is especially good for both your guests/clients and the animals as each animal is only out for a short time before being rested while others come out and rotated round.  Like the touch table demonstration, this type of exhibit keeps people in the room as they are awaiting their favorite animals to come back for another cuddle.

In any form of show we present, we encourage interaction, questions, and photos. We highly recommend people get out their mobile phones and take as many pictures as they like. Not only does this ensure people carry great memories of the event with them, they will more than likely upload their photos to Social Media (who gets to give a Crocodile a tummy rub daily?!) which in turn gives your event and your brand much more advertising.
